Develop and implement HR policies and procedures for the organization.
Recruit, train, and manage employees, ensuring that all employees are trained and able to perform their roles effectively.
Manage the payroll process, including salary negotiation, job offers, and benefits administration.
Manage employee relations, ensuring that policies and procedures are followed for disciplinary issues and grievances.
Conduct performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to employees.
Manage employee benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and 401K plans.
Develop and conduct employee training programs on various topics such as leadership, ethics, and safety.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
