Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Coordinate and manage all recruitment processes from job posting to employee onboarding
Administer various HR-related activities including employee leaves, benefits, performance management, and disciplinary actions
Maintain employee records, prepare reports on HR-related metrics, and analyze data for critical decision-making purposes
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing all applicable employment laws and regulations
Build and maintain relationships with employees and management, providing support for employee engagement, retention, and growth
Conduct regular HR meetings, training, and development programs to educate team members on policies, procedures, and regulations
Manage HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned by senior leadership
Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field
1-2 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Comprehensive understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with tight deadlines
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster and maintain positive relationships at all organizational levels
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Integrity, tact, and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
