<p>Focus on innovation and new techniques to penetrate the market.Profit optimization to meet the budget<br /> Retention of existing accounts &bull; Maximize profitability and focus on timely payment collections as per agreement to ensure adequate cash flow.<br /> Ensure conversion of leads through various channels<br /> Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.<br /> Responsible to provide leadership, direction, and support to the organization&rsquo;s sales function.<br /> Responsible for profitable achievement of sales, and organization goals and aligning the sales objectives with overall business strategy.<br /> Responsible for sales forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting&nbsp;<br /> Achieve budgeted Sales and revenue targets.&nbsp;<br /> Creating regional sales plans and budget bifurcation in alignment with business objectives<br /> Build a pipeline of new customers and maintain Key account relationships to build repeat businesses.&nbsp;<br /> Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase market share<br /> &nbsp;</p>


<p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.<br /> Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in Sales &amp; Marketing &nbsp;and/or MICE industry<br /> Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building successful teams<br /> Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and presentation skills<br /> Ability to work independently and in a team environment.<br /> Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.<br /> Strong attention to detail&nbsp;and&nbsp;accuracy.<br /> Team Handling</p>
