Description

Maintaining accurate financial records of the company using accounting software
Reviewing daily financial transactions and ensuring their accuracy
Preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Assisting with the preparation of annual finance budgets and forecast
Monitoring and analyzing accounting data, identifying trends and reporting issues to the management team
Preparing invoices and reconciling accounts payable and receivable
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure financial information is accurate and timel
Providing support for tax preparation and other compliance needs
Preparing and updating financial statements and other financial reports as required

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
1-year experience in accounting or relevant field.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with tax regulations, GAAP standards and other accounting principles.
