Developing and implementing ecommerce marketing strategies to increase online sales.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the online store including product listings, pricing, and stock level management.
Conduct regular data analysis and reporting to gain insights into customer behavior and track sales performance.
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns to drive traffic to the online store.
Liaise with the customer service team to ensure a positive customer experience by resolving customer queries and complaints.
Develop and execute promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to increase customer loyalty and engagement.
Collaborate with other teams in the company to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products.


Bachelor's / Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business
3+ years of eBay Store management experience preferred
Knowledge of ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar platforms.
Solid understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong customer service ethics and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels such as email, social media, and search engine marketing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.
Creativity and an eye for detail and design.
