Focus on innovation and new techniques to penetrate the market.Profit optimization to meet the budget
Retention of existing accounts • Maximize profitability and focus on timely payment collections as per agreement to ensure adequate cash flow.
Ensure conversion of leads through various channels
Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
Responsible to provide leadership, direction, and support to the organization’s sales function.
Responsible for profitable achievement of sales, and organization goals and aligning the sales objectives with overall business strategy.
Responsible for sales forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting 
Achieve budgeted Sales and revenue targets. 
Creating regional sales plans and budget bifurcation in alignment with business objectives
Build a pipeline of new customers and maintain Key account relationships to build repeat businesses. 
Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase market share
 

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing  and/or MICE industry
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and building successful teams
Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
