Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Providing information to customers about the company's products or services
Resolving customer issues or complaints through active listening, empathy, and problem-solving
Handling customer requests for product returns or refunds
Documenting customer interactions and any necessary action taken in the company's database
Collaborating with other company departments to address customer concerns or issues
Educating customers about new product or service offerings
Providing follow-up support as necessary and ensuring customer satisfaction
High school diploma or equivalent, some college coursework is preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries or complaints simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools
Ability to work occasional weekends or evenings
Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
