Manage the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening and selection, as well as the onboarding and orientation of new employees
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal and regulatory requirements, and ensure compliance across the organization
Administer employee benefits and compensation programs, as well as performance evaluation and management systems
Manage employee relations issues, including conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary procedures
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and employee rights, including anti-discrimination laws as well as best practices for diversity and inclusion
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, and develop and manage HR reports and documentation
Conduct training and development programs for employees, as well as employee engagement activities to promote a positive company culture
Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure HR policies and procedures are integrated cohesively throughout the organization
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
1-3 years of experience in HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, and policy development
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, as well as best practices in HR management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain positive working relationships
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
