Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Assist in organizing and conducting interviews
Conduct reference and background checks
Prepare and send offer letters
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to recruitment
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize work
Attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with HR software and databases is an asset
