Description

Contact potential and existing customers via telephone, email, or messenger to promote our products and services
Obtain and update customer information, analyze their needs, and recommend the appropriate product or service
Build customer relationships, address customer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service
Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and explore opportunities to upsell products or services
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, product inquiries, and sales activities.
Maintain knowledge of products, services, and procedures to respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Collaborate with other members of the sales team to achieve overall sales targets and objectives
 

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in tele sales or cold-calling
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Experience in working with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is an added advantage
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints or issues
