Assist the HR manager in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Handle onboarding activities including preparing offer letters, conducting new hire orientation, and ensuring all onboarding paperwork is completed.
Assist in performance management by maintaining employee records, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback to employees.
Support the HR manager in employee engagement initiatives including organizing events, employee recognition programs, and employee surveys.
Process employee terminations by preparing separation letters, coordinating exit interviews, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
Maintain HR compliance by keeping up to date on labor laws and regulations, ensuring policies and procedures are followed, and maintaining accurate HR records.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
1 to 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
Knowledge of HR compliance requirements and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience working with HRIS systems is a plus.
