Description

Supervise, direct, and guide construction activities on site to ensure compliance with design specifications and project plans.
Provide support to project managers to develop project plans and schedules, and oversee their implementation
Review project designs and construction drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements
Ensure materials and equipment required for construction are procured and delivered on time.
Inspect construction works to ensure they meet design specifications and building codes, and submit regular progress reports to senior management
Work closely with on-site supervisors, contractors, and sub-contractors to trouble-shoot problems and ensure the project is completed within budget and timeline constraints.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and practices on site.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other staff on site.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in civil site engineering or a related field.
Highly proficient in AutoCAD, MS office, and construction management software.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and practices.
